Iceland is for Lovers

While I love The Lonely Island boys, the best thing on SNL these days is still Kristen Wiig as evidenced by my favorite moment from last Saturday's show: Kristen as Bjork discussing the Icelandic Financial Crisis.

"Welcome to Iceland! There is no sunlight. You are on fiiiiiiiire. A demon takes your faaaaaaace. COME TO ICELAND AND GIVE US YOUR EYE!"

SNL Weekend Update Thursday 10/16

My internet is back up and my faith in humanity is restored! So Weekend Update Thursday last night was a mixed bag. The Presidential Debate skit was unfunny to the extreme and dragged on for way too long but here are some bits that made me laugh, Kritsen Wiig as the crazy McCain rally lady and "We Liked It," a more positive spin on "Really?!? with Seth and Amy." Also, the gay friendly high school.... so true.
